Painful procedure but staff were really nice

Waiting for a hysterectomy and have to come regularly for a really painful procedure. However the staff were really nice and very helpful. It's just the procedure leaves me feeling sore for an hour or so but it's normal and not their fault. The most important thing for me when visiting this clinic is that I have a little time to go through things with them and that they're comforting. I like that I was given the time to talk to them today and was able to talk about things they could do to prevent me being in so much pain next time I come. So the only improvement I'd have would be improving how much pain I feel next time. They were 10/15 minutes late for my appointment time but that's okay, I expect that and I'm happy to wait that.
