This is your opportunity as the health or social care provider to have your say on comments the public have left. It is designed to be constructive and allow both sides to have a fair and equal say in the matter so please:

Keep the language and tone civil
    Don’t mention personal details
Make it relevant to the review

As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. However, they will not be able to reply to your response, but can get in contact with Healthwatch Norfolk if they wish to pass any comments along. Remember, your response will be seen by everyone who visits your service page on our website, not just the original reviewer. Your reply is a good opportunity to acknowledge any comments received.

12 week wait for iron infusion for Crohn's

I have Crohn's and have been waiting 12 weeks for an iron infusion. There's been a real lack of communication around this. I also have a biologics test every 12 weeks. I have tried to call the IBD department but the line is down. They hadn't informed me the line was down. This is like our helpline if anything goes wrong and this is the only helpline number I had. My doctor at my GP practice didn't have a way to get through to them either and they did try. The most important thing for me when visiting the hospital, is that they're really respectful of me and my issues which includes mental health. I want to be treated as a person not a group.
