Bullys

The staff who worked there in the acute medical unit (k) over new year were a bunch of vile bullies. Who do not listen. I am extremely angry with the way they have treated my family members. They Should actually be ashamed. I thought they were ment to have empathy and compassion. None of which was shown in any way. They dont wash their hands at any point were eating food as they were going from patient to patient because it was new year, having a party while on a ward where people are dying. Tried to antagonize my family member, laughing while she was crying and making sniffle noises behind the curtain. I literally have no words for what happened. Shocked. This isnt even everything.
