Poor experience of bowel screening

Signposting poor (small signs) at site with multiple sets of steps to get to venue from car park at opposite end to the entrance of building. Lack of privacy. Being given a basket and told how to gown up in a room full of waiting patients - this conversation could have taken place when nurse was talking BP in a private room. One patient had her blood sugars checked while sat in small waiting room with 7 other patients watching. Two extremely nervous patients had waited 1.5 hours for their colonoscopy procedures (having taken bowel prep and not having drunk or eaten for considerable time) after having abnormal results from prior test. A nurse apologised then sat down to check details and talk one patient through her procedure while other patients sat in the room.
