Atmosphere on Cley Ward makes difference

There was a good group of us on Cley Ward when I initially got here and we had a laugh - having a nice atmosphere on the ward helped me feel better. Starting the day saying 'hello' to the other ladies on the ward was nice. The atmosphere is more subdued now as we're all getting used to each other. Those of us who have been here longer tend to talk about going home now and I think it makes the others feel worse. I haven't seen the doctors much - they're not doctors from the Aylsham area. I'm not much of a meat eater but I've been enjoying what I can get without having to have a lot of meat. If you're a meat eater I don't know if you'd find enough in the menu. I did think I was going home today but they've said it's delayed because they're helping set up carers for when I go home - which is good because I live alone.
