Brilliant care

I had to take my wife to A and E as she had a fall and badly hurt her elbow and also banged her head when she fell. My wife has dementia. The staff in A and E were wonderful and understanding and for the first time in long time I actually felt that medical staff were communicating with my wife rather than me - when I tell anyone she had dementia they seem to assume that I have to talk for her. She was seen quickly and transferred to the ward for observation. I cannot thank the staff at the hospital enough for their kindness and consideration to both myself and my wife.
