Quite confusing visit for Colonoscopy

Confusing! It was confusing to find where the building actually was. There's not enough signs to find it or know that it is actually the right building. There's also not enough signs to find the entrance - we went up the set of stairs at the front first. The paperwork is stupid. I've just given my next of kin to reception which they should have already had anything since I've been to the hospital plenty of time before. Then I've been asked for it again 2 minutes later on the paperwork I've got to fill in. There's also a coronvirus sign on the reception desk that says 'don't enter if you have these symptoms' but it's once you're already in the building and down a set of stairs. Isn't that too late? I also found the parking confusing. You can't tell if you need to get a ticket or not, the signs are very confusing. It was also confusing because my hospital letter says I'm here for a colonoscopy but the whole department is called endoscopy so I wasn't sure I was in the right place.
