System could be better for people with more than one problem

In the last 9 months I have taken my sister back and fourth to the hospital as she needs 2 procedures done. I've taken her 6 times and every time the doctors keep wanting to give her more tests because they are not able to do what they wanted to because her blood was too thin. I don't see why they didn't just keep her in until her blood was okay so that they could do it. On one occasion they phoned to say she was ready to be picked up but when I got there she wasn't ready.
