Original Feedback for Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust (NSFT):

    GP referral and Crisis team

I was referred by my GPS and they did as much as they could but NSFT made matters much worse. Work on treatment plans started but then staff changes meant I had to start from the beginning multiple times and I never felt that treatment would ever start so I gave up. Then, some time later, I contacted crisis team who were, frankly, terrifying.. I was struggling but all they did was keep asking what I wanted them to do without explaining what was available. I felt that I had a choice of hospitalisation or nothing. Fear left with the choice of nothing. Still struggling with suicidal thoughts but I will never seek their help again.
