NHS Norfolk could learn from NHS Suffolk

After moving to Norfolk I am amazed at the difference of what is offered. The people I cannot fault they are five stars, they must feel so demoralised, its like trudging through treacle, I feel so sorry for face to face staff. Rehab here is so different I have a knee injury I self referred in Suffolk and was offered so much but most importantly EDUCATION. I had a 12 week programme at a leisure centre supervised to teach me what is right. I moved to Norfolk and there is nothing similar. I have asked around about water therapy/aqua aerobics but classes are full and the physio agrees the water exercise and things I have been doing have helped massively. Norfolk seems to be overlooked - so much missing that was in Suffolk - it is not joined up enough - not forward thinking, they should shadow Suffolk - Educate people to exercise, what to expect (eg pain and swelling) how to self treat that and this can then delay unnecessary visits to ortho, physio, drs, xrays etc until absolutely necessary.
