Stressful being a carer

There is a lot of stress involved in being a carer, stress is a big deal there isn't someone else to look after her. It takes two years to get into the system. Getting people to pick up the phone is really difficult to take the first step. I go through the roof because it takes 6 months for people, it's a big step having to bear pain for the first time. We need more support groups because it takes time. Who else is out there to do it, it's highly specific illness that people don't understand. Don't understand questions to ask and it's meaning that people miss out on benefits the qualify for. Surgeries don't take carers on board, they don't understand that if you reach hidden carers early enough you prevent it getting to a crisis point. Either for carers or cared for. Emergency care is highly expensive. There are not enough carers to do care at home. Care agencies are going bust - if you reach the carer you're reaching the sufferers.
