It is designed to be constructive and allow both sides to have a fair and equal say in the matter so please:

    As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. However, they will not be able to reply to your response, but can get in contact with Healthwatch Norfolk if they wish to pass any comments along.     Ignored by social services

    We are both disabled and we have not had any support from ss they have ignored us denied our it equipment we need watched and done nothing to help us from becoming street homeless we still are they know we asked back in February for assessment they only assessed one of us who is wheelchair bound but have done nothing to help we have many disabilitys and we needed help but there has been no help we should not be living in our car we have a lot of medical papers from doctors surgeons hospital but they have ignored it all i have questioned who do they help?? Disgusting discrimination to treat two disabled peoplw who need help and support we were made homeless from a private tenancy we had because the council refused to pay the housing benefit and social services and a ot report has all been ignored
