This is your opportunity as the health or social care provider to have your say on comments the public have left. It is designed to be constructive and allow both sides to have a fair and equal say in the matter so please:

Make it relevant to the review

As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. However, they will not be able to reply to your response, but can get in contact with Healthwatch Norfolk if they wish to pass any comments along. It's easier to find a needle in a haystack

It's easier to find a needle in a haystack than get mental health treatment in Great Yarmouth. Well over a year since first referred and still not even got an assessment. Even after getting assessed all you get is placed on another list if you need help and another year plus wait. No point making a complaint no one gives a dam. Only gave one star because giving none was not an option.
