This is your opportunity as the health or social care provider to have your say on comments the public have left. It is designed to be constructive and allow both sides to have a fair and equal say in the matter so please:

    Make it relevant to the review

    As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. However, they will not be able to reply to your response, but can get in contact with Healthwatch Norfolk if they wish to pass any comments along.     Administration is a joke

    Given an appointment and rang to change as unable to attend as an in patient for treatment at another hospital that day. Person I spoke to said would cancel my appointment and rearrange. After two weeks later no appointment had come chased via phone and told I had not attended and they could not give me an appointment. Having waited coming up to two years I just despair this service really needs some serious help.
