Not impressed with AHP Suffolk physio

Generally speaking I receive very good care from my doctors, but the only real negative is the very long wait I've had for a physio. My GP referred me to a provider called AHP Suffolk, and I'm not at all impressed by them. Firstly, I didn't even get an initial face-to-face consultation (and even if I had, Suffolk to a bit far to travel). Instead, I had a quick phone call and was sent exercises to do through the post. I was told to do these exercises for a number of weeks then get back in touch to give them an update on my condition. I tried to get back in touch found it very difficult so didn't get much further than that. I found the whole experience really impersonal and off-putting.
