Vexed

I was attending a community exercise class which was going well but I received a phone call to say that the sessions I had been attending had been cancelled. They are still yet to find a replacement. I now have to do a 40 mile round trip if I wish to continue or go back on to a waiting a list. I do not blame the staff on the ground level but there should be more of an urgency to fill positions when you're providing a service that affects someones rehabilitation time. I am lucky because I have a vehicle and can drive (although painful) but what about those who cannot? I voted 3 because the staff are fantastic its just the decisions that are made (or not) and ringing in and trying to get to the right person is a job in itself.
