Shocking attitude

My 4 year old little boy, was extremely poorly Friday evening, in a lot of pain was unable to even put a coat on, after seaking advice from 111, I was told to take him to rouen Road walk in. On arrival as it was a very cold evening we proceeded to enter the building rather quickly, my little boy was in so much pain, unwell and now shivering so badly I just wanted to get him in the warm, only to be told by the receptionist to go back out side and wait! I explained I had a 4 year old little boy who was very unwell, and freezing cold, again I was told to go out side. Reluctantly I did, we waited and waited, I went back in to ask how long we were going to have to wait out side in the freezing cold, I was then told a nurse will triage you and then we would have to remain outside until the doctor was ready to see us, I was very distressed by this and yet again explained I have a 4 year old, very unwell and in pain now also freezing cold, absolutely ridiculous!! I was then followed out by the security bloke who proceeded to say this is how it is here, because of covid, when I asked him to look at my darling little boy shivering in pain, he turned round and said " well you chose to come here!!" I'm sure you can imagine I was furious! How dare he talk to me like that, a very worried mother with an unwell 4 year old little boy in my arms! I told him I did not choose to come here I was told by 111 to bring him here!! I told him to forget it, and that I would take him to N&N to which he replied ok see ya!! Disgusting behaviour he and the receptionist should be absolutely ashamed of themselves!! No compassion what so ever. I am still so angry and upset by how we were treated and spoken too!! I will never ever be going to such a disgusting place ever again
