Awful service, palmed off never given a diagnosis and then ignored.

booked an appointment with a GP, i was asked to give symptoms and what i thought the issue was on a pointless form while trying to book my appointment. upon arriving at the surgery i was met with a fairly rude nurse who just said you're having bloods taken then ? i said i was confused to which she replied "the doctor has said for you to have these tests." without ever speaking to me or trying to find the problem, they did test solely based on what i thought the issue was, but the thing is, i'm not a doctor, i know the symptoms but not the cause. Today 4 days later the fun continues as on the NHS app all my test results are in and all clear, to which i've had no contact with the surgery and strangely despite the doctor running tests based on my diagnosis the problem still remains with no contact and no further action from the surgery. The human interaction was almost non-existent but was pretty poor when i did speak to anyone. left wondering if it's even worth trying again to be met with the same result.
