Symptoms overlooked.

Having been registered with both clinics at the diss surgery I can for certain say that if you are suffering with symptoms of something that is affecting your day to day life and you are on the high end of the BMI Scale in my opinion you will not get adequate treatment. Every symptom that I've had is always because of weight as far as they are concerned. How can it be justified that serious symptoms are being ignored as if I lost enough weight to be 'perfect BMI range' my symptoms would disappear. I would advise that all of the doctors read up on the Haes movement and broaden their outlook towards patients that are in pain who are also overweight. How far will it go for a unrelated symptom to be taken seriously?
