Getting an appointment can be difficult

When you actually get in it's alright, but getting an appointment is difficult - there's usually a 3 week wait for standard appointments. By the time you get in you often feel better! My appointment today was meant to be at 10.20am but I'm still here and 10.40am with no notice that the doctor is running late. If you have an urgent issue they do usually try to see you on the same day. Normally this works very well. We have to get our prescription sent to Boots - it would be easier to pick up from the surgery but the catchment area doesn't allow us to do so. We chose this surgery because it said that it has a dispensary, we were drawn in by that but didn't realise we wouldn't be able to use it. Same for blood tests. We drive to the surgery so if a new location was a possibility this wouldn't be a problem for us.
