Healthwatch is committed to providing a transparent and honest view of health and social care services. This is your opportunity as the health or social care provider to have your say on comments the public have left. It is designed to be constructive and allow both sides to have a fair and equal say in the matter so please:

As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. However, they will not be able to reply to your response, but can get in contact with Healthwatch Norfolk if they wish to pass any comments along. Always been good

They've always been good because they've been able to deal with my problems. I was seen in November 2019, the doctor did thorough tests and I was referred to the N&N where the problem was found. If the doctor didn't have an immediate answer to my question he would find out and call me back. Getting appointments can be difficult, I rang yesterday and was on hold for 20 minutes - I know this isn't the surgery's fault though. You can only book on-the-day appointments on Mondays. The dispensary is brilliant, as are reception.
