Original Feedback for Paston Surgery:

Toilets need an alarm

The toilets should have a disabled alarm in it - I have raised this with the PPG but it doesn't seem that anything has happened. Also the leaflets and information that is in the surgery should be easier to access - the notice board in the waiting room, for instance, is too busy. Also towards Dr Youngs' room there's a rack of information, it would be better if it was the other way around. Also, the dosette system for prescriptions falls down if someone wants drugs that are different to what is on their dosette, and it's hard to communicate if there are changes in meds to avoid wastage. It would be useful if doctors could cross-reference medication to find out more about the side effects of drugs - for carers in particular this would be really useful. Dr Gonzales and Dr Brandon are especially great
