This is your opportunity as the health or social care provider to have your say on comments the public have left. It is designed to be constructive and allow both sides to have a fair and equal say in the matter so please:

Make it relevant to the review

As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. However, they will not be able to reply to your response, but can get in contact with Healthwatch Norfolk if they wish to pass any comments along. Face to Face appointment

I have been consulting via email for a routine condition. The doctor decided a face to face consultation was necessary to decide on a possible referral to EN&T. I tried on 2 occasions about a week apart to get an appointment. the first time I was told that there was no availability within the doctor's schedule and told to call back the following Friday. I did so and was told that the doctor was on leave and there was no information available in order to book appointments and it was unknown the length of leave! I asked that if I called a week later if the schedule would be available and was told that it was unknown.
