Healthwatch is committed to providing a transparent and honest view of health and social care services. This is your opportunity as the health or social care provider to have your say on comments the public have left. It is designed to be constructive and allow both sides to have a fair and equal say in the matter so please:

Keep the language and tone civil
Don’t mention personal details
Make it relevant to the review

As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. However, they will not be able to reply to your response, but can get in contact with Healthwatch Norfolk if they wish to pass any comments along. The ability to speak to a person

I’ve just gone into a whole world of pain trying to find how to contact the surgery via the web , I tried signing up for the new patches service but it doesn’t work . I then tried to find the email contact for the surgery - not able to use either so I resorted to calling to resolve my query - I’ve had to book an appointment to answer a 30 second query that could easily be dealt with by a receptionist I’ve visited the surgery a couple of times and found everyone wonderful so no problems at all just the lack of ease of use in communications
