Original Feedback for Reepham Surgery:

Getting antibiotics can be difficult

If your issue is non-urgent then you can be waiting a long time to hear back from a Doctor. They now don't issue antibiotics until a sample has been tested; on a Friday this means you could be left for the weekend without any medication. I think that's wrong. Over the weekend this may push people to other services like A&E - but what if you can't drive? I usually pop in to collect my prescription, I don't use the online services as I live close enough. The building work to the surgery is a little prolonged but it hasn't affected me personally. I would be happy to go to Aylsham for an appointment if necessary but only if I felt well enough to drive.
