Phone lines cut out on you

It is so hard to get through on the phone, it just cuts you off sometimes. The everyone phoning at 8am makes it impossible to get through. We you do there is no appointments left and you are told to phone 111. The mental health nurse who I see is great and doing everything she can to help but she is restricted in what she can do, she has referred me for an ADHD assessment. The doctors can be very judgemental and don't understand mental health, although they have been helpful in helping to get my son an ADHD/Autism diagnoses, although the school have been very slow.
