As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. However, they will not be able to reply to your response, but can get in contact with Healthwatch Norfolk if they wish to pass any comments along. Queues and slow service

Today I went to the pharmacy to collect my prescription medication but it was not ready. The prescription had been put in online 6 days (4 working days) previously and was asked if I could come back tomorrow as the prescription had only reached them the day before. That would be 7 days from when I put my prescription in. There is always a queue when visiting this pharmacy and the service is very slow. To be asked to come back the next day means a wasted journey and having to travel in to wait in a slow moving queue again. I'm sorry, I expect the staff are working as quickly as they can, but the service needs improving.
