Still don't know whats happening

I've had no problems here at the surgery up until recently. I have had skin cancer previously and I was concerned about a mole. I went to the GP and they said that they could remove it here at the surgery but they didn't think it was cancerous. But then at reception they said that they could remove it at the surgery. I saw another GP who said that no but i was then told by someone else could do it. But then they said they couldn't do it because they didn't have the eyesight. I have been offered an appointment at the JPUH and the QEH but in the past I have gone to Cromer or Norwich but they no longer seem to do it there. Transport is an issue as I don't drive and its not just the once i'd have to go, it would be several occasions and that is just so difficulty and I have been in limbo for about three months now still with no appointment. They don't think it is cancer but i want it checked but apparently if I'm not a priority I get sent to the other hospitals.
