Tough to get through, excellent once you do.

I had a lot of difficulty getting through to the Siskin Centre on the telephone, calling for hours each day and mostly getting nowhere. Obviously this is largely due to the pandemic and a severe lack of dentists in Norwich and Norfolk, but it was certainly very frustrating and the reason I'm unable to give a full 5 stars. However, once I actually did get through and was able to make an appointment, they were absolutely amazing. I had expected to completely lose a broken and infected tooth but instead had it drained, cleaned out and filled to the point where it almost looks like the tooth was completely rebuilt (though obviously not to the same extent as if I'd been able to get a crown or similar from a regular dentist). Staff were very friendly and reassuring throughout, too, helping to put my very anxious mind at ease.
