Terrible surgery

This surgery has gone down hill very fast. I have to say not the doctors as when you finally get to see one they are most attentive. The reception and pharmacy staff are rude and can be downright offensive. This booking system is horrendous and I can not believe the response that my husband got when he tried to book an appointment. Why would the in-house pharmacy close before the surgery, if you see a doctor passed 5pm you have to come back the next day for your medication and not being able to pick up prescriptions on a Saturday, why not we all work all week as well !!! Not to mention a family member being sent a smear test reminder for 3 years despite the surgery reception and IT staff being told over and over again that they have had a hysterectomy only to be asked are you sure !!!! Total madness so we are now in the process of changing surgery
