Healthwatch is committed to providing a transparent and honest view of health and social care services. This is your opportunity as the health or social care provider to have your say on comments the public have left. It is designed to be constructive and allow both sides to have a fair and equal say in the matter so please:

Don’t mention personal details
Make it relevant to the review

As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. However, they will not be able to reply to your response, but can get in contact with Healthwatch Norfolk if they wish to pass any comments along. impossible to use web site

Last June I had an appointment with a GP who suggested that I should have an ECG, which he then booked with QE2. Eventually I attended QE2 on the 16th January 2023. It was unfortunate that I was unable to see the scan ( most unusual as I have been shown all previous scans) since then nothing has happened with no feed back either from the hospital or the GP. Your web site does not allow this type of communication, it can only be made as a complaint, obviously a need for some better written soft ware.
