Healthwatch is committed to providing a transparent and honest view of health and social care services. This is your opportunity as the health or social care provider to have your say on comments the public have left. It is designed to be constructive and allow both sides to have a fair and equal say in the matter so please:

Make it relevant to the review

As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. However, they will not be able to reply to your response, but can get in contact with Healthwatch Norfolk if they wish to pass any comments along. Very Poor Communication

I"ve been trying in vain to get a repeat prescription for 2 weeks. I've been passed from one department to another, filled in various forms including medication review which was not due for another month. Had my telephone appointment cancelled. Told to rebook online only to find yet again the surgery cannot accept any further forms due to staff problems. This really is not good enough. I've had to go without my medication for over a week and still none the wiser.
