Original Feedback for Southgates Medical and Surgical Centre:

Dr Safi, patient and kind.

I had been suffering with some pains in my tummy for over a week and was able to get an appointment at Southgates (although my nearest GP is South Wootton). I saw Dr Safi who was actually 15 minutes early with my appointment, maybe someone wasted his time by not turning up! lucky for me. Dr Safi was kind and patient. He had read my notes and continued to do so whilst I was in the room. He didn't rush me and I didn't feel uncomfortable at any time. Between us it was decided on antibiotics (for an existing condition and it being the 21st Dec). I also had a blood test. Dr Safi rang me after Christmas to advise of the results and to see how I was, he said if at any stage I was in discomfort or unhappy he would be happy to see me again and not to hesitate in contacting him. This was a really positive experience as usually you get passed from pillar to post within the surgery. It was actually nice to see a Doctor although I am not ignoring the qualifications of a Practice Nurse. I am quite happy to offer this feedback as I have been quick to criticise in the past.
