As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. However, they will not be able to reply to your response, but can get in contact with Healthwatch Norfolk if they wish to pass any comments along. Practice has gone from bad to worse

Since the amalgamation of the Woottons Surgery with Southgates the service has deteriorated badly. The Woottons surgery gave a friendly personal service but now it is difficult to get through. I tried several times to ring and get through to the reception line to be told I was 2nd in line 45 minutes later I was still 2nd in line. I then tried the dispensary line and they did not pick up at all! I went to the Wootton surgery only to get a very abrupt rebuke from the receptionist whom sarcastically said I needed to contact the Southgates and should not be there as I did not have an appointment. The Woottons surgery used to be very pro-active, arranging yearly blood tests, glucose tolerance tests etc. Now these things do not happen anymore.
