    As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this.     I just want to find out my blood test results

    Having gone for a blood test as requested by the practice, I cannot get my results by phone, even though the person who took the results told me to call the surgery a few days after the test. I have access to the online portal and still cannot see my results despite sending in the form and ID as requested. This is so disappointing, used to be a great surgery. I know we are in a pandemic but why ask people to have blood tests if you then cannot get your results? Most frustrating is that I cannot even leave a message via the website as it is out of hours - does the surgery not understand that people work and want to ask questions in the evening? I do not mind waiting for another day for the answer!
