This is your opportunity as the health or social care provider to have your say on comments the public have left. It is designed to be constructive and allow both sides to have a fair and equal say in the matter so please:

Make it relevant to the review

As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. However, they will not be able to reply to your response, but can get in contact with Healthwatch Norfolk if they wish to pass any comments along. usually prompt responses to requests for GP

Since August 2020 I and my husband have needed treatment for serious conditions. Our initial requests through the website have all been attended to promptly and treatments commenced. There are delays in getting hospital appointments but this is a general problem with the NHS. The phone system is indeed a nightmare and I wonder how anyone with a pay as you go phone could afford to wait in the queue. Weekend and after hours cover is inadequate as 111 is also an unsatisfactory service. The website is complicated but once you are famiiar with it it works. Not sure how non-english speakers would manage it though.
