This is your opportunity as the health or social care provider to have your say on comments the public have left. It is designed to be constructive and allow both sides to have a fair and equal say in the matter so please:

Make it relevant to the review

As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. However, they will not be able to reply to your response, but can get in contact with Healthwatch Norfolk if they wish to pass any comments along. Used to be good... but now.... is really bad

Used to be much more simple to communicate with the Health Centre, I do have some health issues what should be necessary to at least check every 6 months, but no needs at the moment because coronavirus, have contacted my GP requested blood tests, and I presume all is good because no one never returned to me.... what about my illness and symptoms I do still feeling... sounds like is my problem.... to have a vaccine according to my category, sounds to be another problem.... very, very poorly service at moment, I am very unhappy including my GP..... maybe I have got used to the good service they used to give to us before...... maybe time to re-think on they services to us.... and not only what is practical for them. I will do a formal complaint to the area Commissioner.
