This is your opportunity as the health or social care provider to have your say on comments the public have left. It is designed to be constructive and allow both sides to have a fair and equal say in the matter so please:

Make it relevant to the review

As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. However, they will not be able to reply to your response, but can get in contact with Healthwatch Norfolk if they wish to pass any comments along. Used to be good

In the past was very good, now many of doctors don’t listen to the patient and to book an appointment is horrible. Used to have a great online service, but not using anymore. I am thinking to change for a more far way health centre because they are making so difficult, and cannot use coronavirus excuse as the problem started before that. I don’t have time for spending on telephone calls... need an urgent plan to better for us patients!!!!
