  I am fairly happy with everything, they are trying their best. It would be good if it was all face to face. They were happy to accommodate me, but you can get fed up waiting on the phone.

  Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry you have had difficulties in getting through on the telephone. Call waiting times are monitored throughout the day and staffing levels are reviewed at regular team meetings to plan for cover where possible. We also review our appointment availability to try to improve our patients experience and are now able to offer more face to face appointments. Thank you. Vida Healthcare

  The staff are very helpful when you get in although it can be difficult to get through. They were also very good with my mum.

  My appointment was made through the Hunstanton surgery and it was all fine. The staff today were very friendly and helpful and very accommodating.

  Everybody's polite here. I made my appointment face to face at Gayton Road because it's impossible to get through over the phone. I'd have preferred to see someone at Gayton, but I'm happy I got to see someone face to face here which is important to me.

  I've always had very good service here. Everyone's friendly and the nurses really know what they're doing.

  I would give 6 stars out of 5 if I could. I had a blood test today with the nurse and it was brilliant. I have to come back for something else as she was pushed for time today but it was all very good.

  I have asked that they send me a letter with confirmation that my mum is register at this GP a lady on a phone asked me if I can wait and she will call me back that was around 12.30am but i quess she forgot she never called me back and its not first time when they promise something but newer do

  I phoned for an appointment for my sick child and I was told there wasn't an appointment available. I had to walk with my sick child from near St Augustine's to Gayton Road Health Centre. I do not have transport and can not afford a taxi. My child was unwell and walking caused distress to us both.
