Healthwatch is committed to providing a transparent and honest view of health and social care services. This is your opportunity as the health or social care provider to have your say on comments the public have left. It is designed to be constructive and allow both sides to have a fair and equal say in the matter so please:

Keep the language and tone civil
Don’t mention personal details
Make it relevant to the review

As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. However, they will not be able to reply to your response, but can get in contact with Healthwatch Norfolk if they wish to pass any comments along. Remember, your response will be seen by everyone who visits your service page on our website, not just the original reviewer. Your reply is a good opportunity to acknowledge any comments received.

They listen and you don't feel rushed

It's very good. You get an appointment on the same day as long as you call in at 8am. The new automated telephone system is better as you are now told where you are in the queue and you don't have to keep calling back. Also, you always get an appointment. The staff are very caring in how they speak to you, the tone of voice is good. During the consultation with the doctor they have time for you. They listen to you and you don't feel rushed. Sometimes you wait a bit in the waiting room but I don't mind as I know when it's my turn I will be given the time I need. If the surgery has training days they are well advertised in advance and it's not a sudden surprise.
