Repeat prescription

I emailed my repeat prescription as I always do to the correct email address and did not receive a message saying there was a problem or that the email had not been sent. I waited the appropriate time and went to collect my prescription to be told by the local pharmacy they did not have one for me. I then phone the prescription dept at the surgery and after explaining my problem the young woman found it , sent a week ago and missed. I asked her to politely if she would send it urgent but was told I would have to speak to the pharmacy myself as they cannot do that. She also remarked my photo of the prescription was not clear. That is not true , and even so if that had been the problem why did she not contact me. The photo is readable and clear. I had no apology from her and I am disappointed with the service. It’s not the first time I have had problems with this service.
