Original Feedback for St James Medical Practice:

Poor communication

We have been assured that there would be a bus service from the town centre to the new surgery site, and while I think I have spotted a bus stop adjacent to the site, there is no information available at the surgery what buses patients should catch, when they will run, from where they will run, or how often they will run. Not everyone has a car or can afford a taxi. It is as we all said years ago, unrealistic to expect us to walk there, and they have set themselves out of patient boundaries of access. the bar minimum we need is to know how to get there and there is no help offered!!!
