Very poor service

I have very annoyed about the service with this surgery. My daughter had a nasty case of tonsillitis. She signed up to postal prescriptions. She was prescribed antibiotics which were taking days to arrive. She was so ill by the Saturday that I phoned 111. They said she was lucky it didn't turn into an abscess. When she contacted the surgery they said the doctor had not sent off the prescription. My daughter also suffers with severe depression and is being treated for psychosis. She ordered her meds but the postal service was so slow that she has run out and is in a terrible state. I will be ringing 111 again!
