Original Feedback for St James Medical Practice:

Lack of continuity wastes time

At St James' you don't see the same doctor twice, which means they are not aware of your symptoms. A doctor who I hadn't been treated by before called me in, then when I got to the consultation he didn't seem to know what the appointment was about. After faffing around the computer he finally told me that he was going to prescribe pregablin to me - which I have already been taking for ages! If I had the same doctor that knew my symptoms this wouldn't have happened and no one's time would have been wasted.
