This is your opportunity as the health or social care provider to have your say on comments the public have left. It is designed to be constructive and allow both sides to have a fair and equal say in the matter so please:

As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. However, they will not be able to reply to your response, but can get in contact with Healthwatch Norfolk if they wish to pass any comments along. appointment not recorded

I rang ca 2/3 August for a GP appointment and was given one for 16 August at 10.50. Fine. However when I attended SSG I was told there was no record of the appointment so I departed dis-appointed (literally). I concluded therefore that the receptionist when I rang, while being very amiable and efficient, somehow did not get my call into the system. I did ask for the name of the doctor I was to see, but she could not tell me because she was unsure how to pronounce it. Well, you win some you lose some in life, and I have no sense of grievance. However the solution is in this case not money, but just an exacting managerial system. I just mention it.
