This is your opportunity as the health or social care provider to have your say on comments the public have left. It is designed to be constructive and allow both sides to have a fair and equal say in the matter so please:

Make it relevant to the review

As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. However, they will not be able to reply to your response, but can get in contact with Healthwatch Norfolk if they wish to pass any comments along. Rude staff backed up by rude management

I suffer with anxiety meaning I can’t sit and talk to a doctor I don’t know, I told the receptionist this but he completely disregarded what I said, I tried asking for him to put a note on the system to let my doctor know I need to speak to her but he said we are just going round in circles and that I see the doctor they chose or I don’t see anyone for over a month he then put a complaint into the practice manager who then proceeds to email me saying that I was rude and I shouldn’t speak to staff that way he then calls me to go on and say that he have witnesses who heard the conversation (which is supposed to be a confidential conversation) so basically he don’t know the story but he still jumped on the band wagon and give me trouble for telling his receptionist that it isn’t acceptable to force me into something I can’t do
