This is your opportunity as the health or social care provider to have your say on comments the public have left. It is designed to be constructive and allow both sides to have a fair and equal say in the matter so please:

Make it relevant to the review

As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. However, they will not be able to reply to your response, but can get in contact with Healthwatch Norfolk if they wish to pass any comments along. Good service but can be improved

Everyone at the surgery is friendly and helpful. I've never had any issues booking appointments and I never have to wait too long in the waiting room. Communication could be clearer though - there is an assumption that everyone is a veteran of NHS processes and procedures so more explanation of these (e.g. prescriptions, blood tests, etc.) would be very useful and would save a lot of time. Communication between the surgery and the Boots pharmacy is poor though (although this is more due to Boots) and it is up to the patient to chase these things up which is frustrating.
