Original Feedback for St Stephen's Gate Medical Practice:

Drs great, phone reply to email unbelievable

I have found the doctors and nurses and receptionists at Newmarket road and at St Stevens very polite, knowledgeable and helpful. I had been given a prescription but no information on what to do next. After a few days I managed to order the medication but then it disappeared from the web site and there was no confirmation. I sent an email. Whilst passing the pharmacy I checked in and found that the medication had been ready for some time and collected it. When I got a phone response from the surgery I found the tone used was aggressive and I felt that I was being told off as the receptionist did not know what my screen looked like. She told me everything was working as it should as I got my medication. It made me angry. That is sad as I was happy before the phone call and was only trying to improve the system to save everyone's time. I have changed from a very happy customer to one that is now considering leaving the practice. It may seem like a small issue but nobody deserves to be spoken to like that.
