  The care my mother-in-law had at the hospital was good. People spent time with her, they were flexible with the rules enabling us to visit. It was a better experience for us than we had had at another local hospital.

  It's a shame they no longer run the warfarin clinic, that was good. I still use the hospital for physio and it's very good.

  I've never had to wait too long and found staff friendly. Perhaps if they had more services it might free up the bigger hospitals.

  They do hearing tests here which is excellent for people like myself not easily able to get to Kings Lynn.

• Excellent service but why use different parts

  I go here for my hearing and this hospital is excellent. I went to Kings Lynn at first but this is so much easier. I can walk there from my house and see the same person or their colleague every time. Its a much more personal service which is great. What I don't understand though is why the NHS uses different manufacturers for hearing aids in different parts of the country. We moved from elsewhere and the spare parts were not compatible with my unit so I ended up having to have a whole new set up. Wouldn't it be much cheaper to have one supplier for the whole NHS?

  They said they had done all they could for my father so they released him for my mother to care for him. They didn't offer adequate support.
