Original Feedback for Swan Lane Surgery:

Need a new system for alerting patients

I tend to just go to the walk-in centre instead of the doctors surgery. It's not always the best thing to do, I know. It's got worse in the last few years since a lot of new houses have gone up. Also, there's no electronic system for when the doctor is ready to see you. At the moment, they just call your name, and it's hard to hear it in the surgery which can get busy. Also, lot's of older people with hearing difficulties.
